We all know it.

Life gets busy. So busy that we often don’t find the time to do the things we NEED to do let alone the things we WANT to do.

It’s how we respond to the situation that is key to how we recover from it.

We can’t overcome it by beating ourselves up. That’s not how real discipline is bred.

We have to allow ourselves grace.

Recognize the failure for what it was and allow forgiveness to flow.

Making time for you means you deserve the compassion you show others. So show it.

Give yourself that compassion.

You can then work on your consistency.

It’s okay to have more than one Day 1. As long as you work on having a Day 2 followed by a Day 3, and so on.

Whether it’s a wellness journey, a daily routine, or some task that you want to add to your day; as long as you pick it back up and keep trying you’re good.

Life is short. Adding to your routine is good. pushing yourself to be better is okay too. Don’t let anyone tell you anything different.
