Make Time For You

We all know it. Life gets busy. So busy that we often don’t find the time to do the things we NEED to do let alone the things we WANT to do. It’s how we respond to the situation that is key to how we recover from it. We can’t overcome it by beating ourselves up. That’s not how real discipline is bred. We have to allow ourselves grace. A Tale of Two Girls

This is a tale of two girls. One was busy. No time for herself, barely time for her family. She worked rotating continental shifts, she was always tired, suffered from shortness of breath, diverticular disease, and chronic migraine.
